Hi, I’m Brooke.

I received a B.A. in English and Psychology from the University of South Carolina in 2019 (go Gamecocks!) and a Master of Family Therapy degree from Mercer University’s School of Medicine in 2021.

It is my hope to help clients improve their relationships with themselves and others by helping them view all of their inner parts with more understanding, compassion, and acceptance.

In addition to working with my clients, I am also the Director of Administration for the Virginia Satir Global Network.

Virginia Satir, a pioneering family therapist, identified five freedoms that she believed were essential for personal growth and healthy relationships. These five freedoms are:

  1. The freedom to see and hear what is here, instead of what should be, was, or will be.

  2. The freedom to say what you feel and think, instead of what you should.

  3. The freedom to feel what you feel, instead of what you ought to feel.

  4. The freedom to ask for what you want, instead of always waiting for permission.

  5. The freedom to take risks in your own behalf, instead of choosing to be only "secure" and not rocking the boat.

I wish these freedoms for all of my clients. If you would like to walk together towards these freedoms, I invite you to reach out.
